We try to accommodate as many guests as possible. If we are busy when you call, please leave a message on our voice mail and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Cove Haven Guests – Massage appointments, during the week, are done in one of our spa rooms located in building 13. Massage appointments for Saturday & Sunday may be done in your suite. Some of our services can only be done in the spa rooms please ask the booking agent for the location of your services.

Pocono Palace and Paradise Stream Guests - all massages are done in your suite.

Because of the popularity of our unique services we highly recommend you make an advanced reservation for any of our treatments. Your credit card will be charged at the time services are booked, through Corporate Health Connection, LLC. We do not accept personal checks, cash or travelers checks. Money will not be refunded on the remaining balance of gift certificates.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your stay with any of the Caesars Pocono Resorts please contact Corporate Health Connection directly, 570-424-0550, to cancel your spa reservation. Caesars Pocono Resorts is not responsible for notifying us of your cancellation.

Less than 24 hours notice: If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the service will be refunded to the credit card on file.

More than 24 hours notice: A greater than 24 hour notice for a single service cancellation will be refunded. Without such notice, we must charge for services as booked. We can make no exceptions.

No Show Policy: As a courtesy to the Therapist, any no shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a full charge of the appointment booked.

Punctuality: Time is a very precious commodity. Your late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so that we don’t run late for our next guest. No shows will be charged in full.

All of our Professional Massage Therapists are certified and trained in various massage techniques.
