CAESARS POCONO RESORTS JOINS POCONO VISITORS BUREAU QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
LAKEVILLE, PA – Caesars Pocono Resorts has announced its recent re-certification into the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau, Inc. (PMVB) Quality Assurance Program. Instituted in the fall of 1996 with accommodation members participating on a voluntary basis, the program has since expanded to include regional attractions, restaurants and campgrounds. To date, there are over 100 properties that have been designated as Quality Assured.
The Quality Assurance Program was created to enable Pocono Mountains tourist facilities to provide a superior product to their existing customers, to aid them in attracting new business and help ensure that visitors to the Pocono Mountains have a satisfying experience. The criteria stress such factors as cleanliness, friendliness and safety.
Inspections are conducted by the Property Review Program of Mount Dora, FL, an independent agency, which currently performs similar services for a number of other destinations.
