CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES BRANDY HINELINE TO RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

LAKEVILLE, PA – Caesars Pocono Resorts has announced the promotion of Brandy Hineline to Reservations Supervisor.

In her new position, Hineline will be responsible for evaluating reservation agents and providing coaching to strengthen their skills. Her day-to-day responsibilities will include developing training programs and provide departmental updates to all four Caesars Pocono Resorts.

Hineline joined Caesars Pocono Resorts in the Reservations Department in January 2002 as a Reservations Agent. Since then she advanced to become a lead agent and most recently a trainer.

Hineline currently resides in Sterling, PA with her husband and two children.
