The executive chefs present a number of menu items each evening on stage while guests ask questions, taste the different dishes and then take the recipes home. A featured meal on Flames of Passion at Cove Haven may begin with English Dressing over mixed greens followed by Smoked Tomato Grits with Bourbon Scallops and topped off with Blueberry Dumplings.
