New CXOs (Chief eXcitement Officers) to Lead Programs
LAKEVILLE, PA – Hiking, kayaking, whitewater rafting and paintball highlight a new series of active lifestyle activities available to guests at Caesars Pocono Resorts, beginning July 9. The expanded array of sports and recreational activities, which are available at all four Caesars Pocono Resorts, are under the guidance of a newly created job at the Resort, Chief eXcitement Officer (CXO).

To help facilitate the introduction of the new activities, Caesars Pocono Resorts has redefined the job responsibilities of its former Social Directors and renamed them CXOs (Chief eXcitement Officers). The CXOs will work on-site at each of the four Caesars Pocono Resorts and have been trained to administer all on-site and off-property activities. “The mission of the CXO is to ensure a steady stream of adventure and excitement for the many couples that visit us,” according to Wilkins.
The new activities are a mix of on-site programs at Caesars Pocono Resorts and off-site excursions through strategic partnerships with Pocono Mountain area businesses. Kayaking, canoeing and paintball activities are available at no extra cost to guests, while others such as whitewater rafting and car racing will be available to Caesars Pocono Resort guests at special discounted rates.
