CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES ANNA CONSIDINE TO CONTACT CENTER MANAGER
LAKEVILLE, PA - Caesars Pocono Resorts has announced the promotion of Anna Considine to Contact Center Manager.
In her new position, Considine will provide leadership to the Contact Center Service supervisors and agents. She will also provide strategy for promoting the four resorts and leading her team in meeting Caesars Pocono Resorts’ goals.
Considine joined Caesars Pocono Resorts in the Reservations Department in November 2005 as a Reservations Agent. Since then she advanced to become a lead agent, a trainer and most recently a supervisor.
Considine currently resides in Honesdale, PA with her husband.
