CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES BRIAN LEO TO EXECUTIVE CHEF
MOUNT POCONO, PA - Caesars Pocono Resorts announced today the promotion of Brian Leo to Executive Chef at Paradise Stream Resort.
In his new position, Leo will utilize his culinary skills and experience to create new and enticing entrees for guests. He will ensure that high-quality standards are achieved during preparation and presentation of all food served and in addition will ensure cleanliness and quality service are maintained throughout the resort's restaurant area. Leo will also continually look for opportunities to enhance the guests' restaurant experience.
Leo started his career with Caesars Pocono Resorts as a dinner cook at Cove Haven Resort in 1999. In 2006 he was promoted to Sous Chef at Paradise Stream Resort with the additional responsibility of overseeing the resort café. Leo graduated from North Pocono High School and currently lives in Elmhurst, PA with his wife. He enjoys landscaping and creating new and exciting foods.
