LAKEVILLE, PA – Caesars Pocono Resorts announced that Anna Considine and Pilar Olazabal have been selected to participate in its Associate Development Program (ADP), a special management training curriculum.
ADP was designed to contribute to the advancement and development of hourly and supervisory Caesars Pocono Resorts’ Team Members. It is a six-month program where trainees are given the opportunity to work once a week with a coach to develop their operational knowledge and leadership skills. The program involves rotational training, project assignments, leadership exposure and mentoring.
Career Nights were held at each resort and over 50 Team Members applied for the program. Evaluations included past performance, career history, and certifications. The applicant must have been employed with Caesars Pocono Resorts for a minimum of six months.
Anna Considine was recently promoted to Contact Center Manager. She has worked in reservations since November 2005.
Pilar Olazabal, Restaurant Captain, started her career at Caesars Pocono Resorts in 2003. Olazabal hails from Lima, Peru and received her Associate’s Degree from Nassau Community College and her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from New York Institute of Technology.
